CHOCOLATE FUDGE
This year for Valentine's Day I decided to treat my boyfriend to some homemade treats as I knew how much he loves something sweet. The chocolate fudge, that was really easy to make (even though I didn't admit this!) was his favourite and mine, because I had to try a little when making it just to check it was edible!
Ingredients
175g milk chocolate
1/2 450g can of condensed milk
100g unsalted butter
Decorations- I used chocolate sprinkles
Method
1. Grease and line a small tin, I used a 23cm square one but you could use any shape or even shaped cases
2. Break chocolate into pieces and place in a pan with the condensed milk
3. Heat gently and stir until it has completely melted
4. Pour into the tin and scatter sprinkles across the top
5. Leave to cool and set overnight then gently remove from the tin as slice up
6. This will keep for up to a week when stored in an air tight container
Tip- Why not make this for friends at Christmas, personalising them with their favourite sweets! Smarties are my favourite!
